OFE's Policy Advisor Álvaro Jacinto Vilas Gómez published an article for the European Commission's Open Source Observatory about the latest Free Software Action Plan by Galicia. The Galician government established a Free Software Office in 2015 and has been consistently active in fostering Open Source Software Action Plans since 2011.
